Celebrate spring with this bright green smoothie that will help clean your system for these warmer months. The combination of fresh plant foods provides an optimal balance of nutrients and the healthy fats in avocado help increase the absorption of the omega-3 fats found in mint.

This thick and creamy shake is so good you could eat it with a spoon!  The cacao nibs and chia seeds give some crunch and texture to this smoothie, plus loads of antioxidants, fiber and protein!  For anyone trying to break bad eating habits, chewing this smoothie is a way of helping you feel like you’re eating while still taking in nutrient dense liquids to nourish your body and help promote weight loss.
