Red AU – Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup (177 ml) coconut water
  • ¾ cup (75 g) red grapes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup (30 g) of spinach or any other leafy greens
  • 1 small cucumber
  • ½ cup of ice (optional)

Directions

  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Chop cucumber and banana.
  3. Place in a blender or Vitamix.
  4. Blend about 45-60 seconds until smooth.
  5. Pour over ice and enjoy!
