On the Guided Reboot 30 Day Plan, you’ll commit to five days of eating, blending and juicing only whole fruits and vegetables, followed by 25 days of juice only fasting. If you’ve been frustrated or unhappy with previous diet results and are ready and willing to take the next step toward renewing your life, then the 30 Day plan will help you achieve your goals. This plan also encourages you to get your heart rate moving so in addition to your meal plans, you’ll receive exercise support from one of our Reboot fitness experts.

Rachel Gargano MS, RD, LDN, CSSD has been working with clients professionally for nearly a decade helping them successfully reach their health and wellness goals. As an advocate for plant-based diets and juicing, she believes that the foods we choose to eat or drink determine not only our health, but our emotions, energy, and mood. She received her Master’s in Nutrition Communications from Tufts University and currently resides in Boston where she’s hard at work perfecting her Green-A-Colada Juice (pineapple, peach, spinach, and coconut water).
