15 Day Guided Reboot: May 8th – 22nd

Coached by Isabel Smith

On the Guided Reboot 15 Day Plan, you’ll commit to five days of eating, blending and juicing only whole fruits and vegetables, followed by 10 days of juice only fasting. Once you reach the 10th day of your Reboot you have the option to either transition off your juicing fast by consuming a mostly plant-based diet or you can continue juicing on your own.

Isabel Bio

Isabel has her Masters of Science in Nutrition Communications from Tufts University in Boston, MA. She currently lives in New York City and is completing a Dietetic Internship at New York Presbyterian Hospital. Isabel has completed her Bachelor of Arts in Health Science, and has been passionate about Nutrition since the age of 10. Isabel has been working with Reboot Nutritionist Stacy Kennedy at Dana Farber Cancer Institute for over a year, and has worked with other dietitians counseling patients for the past 2 years. Isabel has a special interest in food allergies, plant-based diets, juicing, exercise, and her Yorkshire Terrier.

I tried a couple of things with limited results...I kept slipping right back into my old comfort zone after losing a few kilos. One June evening a friend said he had a documentary that I absolutely must watch, he said the moment he saw it he just thought of me (the similarities were that I was once an avid sportsman and I also used to often go through 2 pizzas. ...not slices whole pizzas just as Joe mentioned).
