This jam goes great with smoothies, on your oatmeal, waffles or almond pancakes.

Store refrigerated in a glass container and make your life a little sweeter when you add it to your meals.

Ingredients:

1 cup raspberries
1/4 cup of chia seeds
Sweetener is optional (maple syrup, agave )

Directions:

Mix chia and raspberries in food processor or blender.
Add sweetener of your choice, and blend
