Raspberry Chia Love

Avoid the store-bought jams that are loaded with additives and sugars, buy making your own at home. Our homemade *jam* recipe is easy to make, and you know exactly what’s in it.

For a Valentine’s day special treat, we mixed it with Greek yogurt and served it with extra raspberries on top! Check out our video:

 

This jam goes great with smoothies, on your oatmeal, waffles or almond pancakes.

Raspberry Chia Jam Recipe

Store refrigerated in a glass container and make your life a little sweeter when you add it to your meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • Sweetener is optional (maple syrup, honey)

Directions

  1. Mix chia and raspberries in food processor or blender.
  2. Add sweetener of your choice, and blend.
