The added plant-based protein makes it great for muscle repair post-exercise after you do my 20 Minute Do-Anywhere workout, and together with the healthy fat from the chia seeds and avocado, it’s also a great source of some healthy, anti-inflammatory fat. This smoothie also contains maca powder that is rich in B-vitamins and can help boost stamina and provide energy for your next workout.

The protein used in this smoothie was sprouted rice protein, but you can also use other types of plant-based protein like hemp seeds or hemp protein, pea, or a plant-based blend like sprouted rice and pea together. The Reboot with Joe Protein Powder is a great option.
