- 2 orange bell peppers (capsicum), seeded
- 1 naval orange, peeled
- 4 carrots
- 1 large handful of fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 lemon, peeled
- Wash all produce well.
- Add all ingredients through juicer.
- Pour over ice and enjoy!
