As Manager of Community and Web Operations, Chris is responsible for making sure our websites are working day to day, while also continuing to build our online community. He’s been as heavy as 250 lbs and as light as 150 lbs during his adult life. Through his dietary struggles, he’s learned that when he “eats good” he “feels good” and that Reboots often serve as the first step to a healthier path. Joe, I would like to thank you! My entire life I am battling with weight and in the last 10 years obesity plus everything that you can get from it (arthritis, mood changes, digestion problems, fatigue, high cholesterol etc.)…I am vegan, but what is funny that the soy, wheat, and corn based food that I was consuming were not changing anything for better. After read thons of books about diet and watch many docs, I found yours doc, which is now really changing my life. I am in the Day 5 of juicing and I am already a new person: no fatigue, running, and happy. I am planing to do it for at least 15 days or more!
