In the Reboot Kitchen: LimeDance Juice

Team Reboot recently moved offices (we are continuing to grow so we needed a bigger place!) within New York City, and one of the best parts about our new space is the new kitchen! It has a fully stocked fridge loaded with fruits and vegetables just ready to be juiced. Each week, one Reboot team member chooses their fruits and vegetables of choice to make a juice for the whole office to enjoy.

I decided to kick it off with this delicious and refreshing LimeDance juice. I had a lot of palates to please, and fortunately, this light and refreshing drink was a hit for everyone. The added dandelion greens were a unique addition that gave the juice some zing. It’s an ingredient we don’t use too often in juices but we should use more of it because it is SO good for you! Not only do they provide more iron and calcium than most dark leafy greens, but they have a wide array of health benefits that make them one of the best additions to your juice for an all around nutritional boost.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 1 large handful dandelion greens

Directions

  1. Peel the lime and remove the rind from the pineapple.
  2. Wash all produce thoroughly.
  3. Add all produce through juicer.
  4. Serve over ice — it’s so refreshing!
