In the Reboot Kitchen: Joe’s Mean Green Smoothie

Hey mates! By now you’ve probably tried my favorite Mean Green Juice, and if you haven’t, well I suggest you do! I enjoy a big glass of it at least 3 times a week because it keeps me energized and full of phytonutrients.

Whenever I make the Mean Green I always make enough for two juices. I drink the first batch as soon as it’s juiced and then I store the other half in an air-tight glass container and save it for the next day. But, here’s the trick. I don’t just drink the juice. I still get the amazing nutrients from the Mean Green but I change it up and make it into a smoothie.

Here’s what I do…I add the leftover juice into a blender, then add a frozen banana and 1 cup of almond milk. Blend it up and there you have it…a Mean Green Smoothie!

Juice (and Blend) On!
