In the Reboot Kitchen: Clean Green Smoothie

Clean, green and full of fiber, potassium, vitamin C and folate, this smoothie is high in electrolytes and cleanses the skin, kidneys and liver! Apple contains pectin a highly healing fiber that may reduce cholesterol levels. ENJOY!

  • 2 green apples
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 lemon
  • Handful parsley
  • 1 cup (235 ml) coconut water


  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Chop ingredients and blend in a high powered blender until smooth.
  3. Serve and enjoy.

  • Cucumber – celery, garden or butter cucumber, zucchini
  • Celery – zucchini, cucumber
  • Lemon – lime
  • Parsley – kale, spinach
  • Coconut water – water, ice
