Ingredients:

  • 1 Green Apple
  • 2 cups Spinach (~3 handfulls)
  • 2 cups Kale leaves (~6-8 leaves) (Australia tuscan cabbage)
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 4 Celery Stalks
  • 1/2 Lemon

Directions:

  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Peel lemon (optional).
  3. Juice ingredients.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
