In the Reboot Kitchen: Green Ginger Ale

When I was growing up and didn’t feel well, Ginger Ale was always the go-to drink to help ease the nausea. Well there’s a reason for that! Ginger is a wonderful spice and it may help an upset stomach, gas, bloating, nausea, motion sickness & morning sickness. It may reduce pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and spasmodic period pain. Ginger may also improve blood circulation improving cold hands and feet. So enjoy this cleansing warming juice.

This Green Ginger Ale omits the added sugar that you find in the soda so you’ll be adding a plethora of nutrients and easing your body back into health when you aren’t feeling so well.
