hi, my husband and i are new to the reboot plan,just ordered a juicer and getting ready to change our outlook on food, lose weight and feel better we hope! He thinks we can just do the 60day juice fast, i say it’s not going to be so easy. So can anyone help, where do we start?!!
Mari, you also must take a week before and cut out caffeine, sugars, white flour food (chips, cakes, cookies, pancakes..etc), then when you start juicing your body will not be as toxic and will not be as hard. Be ready that there will be some body aches as your body detoxes from caffeine and sugar.
@mari, I just jumped right in and got with the plan. No week of cutting out different foods to prepare. I had no issues with it being difficult in fact I was surprised how easy it was. I only have/had one or two 16 oz mugs of coffee a day but it’s really strong and I gave up Cokes years ago. I may have 5-6 a year now. We also don’t eat a lot of processed or premade foods. It just depends on what your diet is like now.
