Just keep tweaking things to find something you like. I found I had to do two green apples with the mean green to not hate it. I also would refrigerate it and serve over ice, that really helps IMO.

I really struggled for the first five days. Most feel better sooner then that though. Day six on was great. Hang in there, it will get easier. Good luck!!!!

Mike has great advice, but what really helped me as a bigger guy is drinking lots of water …. I drink two ounces of water to one ounce of juice as a general proposition.

Hi, my name is Dan and I’m on day 3 of my reboot. I was 333 lbs when I started and I’m now at 325 lbs which is very encouraging. I’m trying to juice only just as Joe did in the movie because I’m tired of not feeling well, staying at home, clothes not fitting right, etc – again, just like in the movie. Anyway, my question is what other juices can I use during this juice fast to help me stay on it? The Mean Green was a little tough last night and I’m afraid I’ll jump off the wagon without some variety. Do you have any suggestions? Any help will be muchly appreciated. Thank you ahead of time for your time. Dan. Hi Misterdawg, all fresh juices can help with weight loss and health promotion but try your best to stick with mostly veggies and a little fruits. Here are hints for making your own juice only reboot http://www.rebootwithjoe.com/want-to-do-a-juice-only-reboot/
