This model is what I have. For those wanting the best juicer for low cost, this comes up w/ a high rating. It works pretty well. As usual, it’s hard to get much juicing on leafy and flimsy pieces, so putting it between harder things helps. But.. overall, this juicer rocks for the price.

I have this as well. Consumer Reports Best Buy. Got it for a good price off of Amazon. Can’t be happier.

I have had good luck wrapping kale or spinach leaves around a chunk of veg (e.g. a lump of carrot or a wedge of apple) and sending them through together. This works well with my borrowed Champion juicer.

i have a H-B big mouth pro on order (67650) i think. there was a stainless steel mod, that seemed to be same thing but wee bit smaller. Given my habits of not using stuff after the newness wears off, i decided to buy this and upgrade if i’m still juicing months from now.

When I told my sister-in-law that we were ordering an Omega juicer, she told me to save my money and just get a Hamilton Beach. She said that she has several expensive models, but always goes back to her inexpensive Hamilton Beach.

She is only an occasional juicer, though, and I wanted a masticating juicer that would hold up with two people juicing daily for an extended period of time.

    Not only that, but…

I use this juicer and it has been great for 3 ten day fasts. Now it is showing its cheapness, though in the juice is separating and I feel like it is losing effectiveness. I am like jrowse in wanting to be sure before I invest in a costly item, but now I am ready to find a really good one.

Update, i’ve used the juicer 3x now and like it. Pulp is wetter than i think it could be and somehow a little bit of escapes, like food in the beard. cleaning the separator screen takes longer than everything else combined. You rinse and brush, then find more- back to the beard comparision ha! But i like it and think it’s worth the money so far.
    i’ll update if that changes

Had to clean the screen midway through today, i noticed chunks going into pulp bin and output seemed slower, so i clean it and finished. Carrots really gum it up and i think Spinach might have been culprit on the midway point
