Hello BranWine,
My partner and I are going to be starting the 60 days on the 16th as well. If you need any support let us know, we are excited about starting and are looking forward to undertaking this challenge together. Our motivation is to loose our extra weight and live a more healthy life. We have gone through all of the prep work and are just wrapping up the last of it to be completely ready for Monday.We wish you the best of luck with everything and if you need any support feel free to contact us!

Thanks Olympcfnic:-) I feel I’m ready to go but know those first 10 days are going to be hard to get past. While I will be checking in daily so I do hope we stay in touch throughout this process. I have some travel days around the 30 day mark and pray I make it through without breaking.

My name is Linda and I’ll be starting on the 16th as well. I’m going to start slow so I’m doing 10 days first. Hopefully, that will encourage me to keep on going. I think the first 10 days will be a hard start for me. However, I have stopped drinking wine(big deal for me) and have stepped up my water intake this week. I hope we can work together to get through this. I haven’t been able to find a true plan that outlines the oz. size of each drink and times per day on teh site. I’m also looking for a shopping list for one week. If anyone has been able to find this please share within the post.

Hi Brandi! I am startling on the 20th and hope to go 60 days. I am 5’11″ and 286 lbs. I just went through all the tests for MS so hugs to you. I had a couple MRIs and a lumbar puncture but no MS. Just some small brain lesions. Still going through other tests to figure out what’s causing my symtoms…..I too am doing this before things get worse and there’s no turning back. I’ll be 40 next month and have a beautiful 4 year old boy with autism who def needs his mommy around. Hopefully we can support each other.

Hello there,
I will be starting on Monday the 16th as well…Not sure for how long-start with 15 days of juicing and then stretch it out as far as I can. I have about 60-70 pounds to lose but more than weight loss I want to feel great again! I know that what I put in my body is affecting my moods and the weight has affected my joints-mostly my right knee. I will be here to support all and look for support from all of you! @ mtfbwy72 Thank you for sharing your story with me. Going through all these test is something I don’t wish on anyone. It’s crazy to think many of the issues we all have could have been prevented if we make better/healthier choices.
@ SoFiggy I hope you and hubby bet the fight and make it to the finish line with the rest of us. Encouragement is what this page is all about.
@ pardo248 I say set a goal and work towards it. Longterm and short-term goals is what it’s all about.

Please remember that this forum is for positive input and feedback only. somem of the other forums I was in are filled with people talking down to people that are having a hard time with the juicing. Hi all. I plan on starting something on the 16th as well. Not sure what. I watched the video and feel like I just heard extremely bad news from the doctor. That reality hit me. However, I got on the site today and have found some amount of comfort and strength from this forum, realizing I’m not the only one practicing the “art of being stupid”!! I’m 51, 5’7″ and 243 pounds. Everything aches and I have rashes and allergies. I look forward to walking this road as a fellow traveller with each of y’all. It will make it easier for sure. Thanks for the first step

Hey Folks. I think I am going to try 60 days as well, but I think I will start on Friday 7/13 in case the first few days are bad, I won’t be working with clients. For a fat girl I am blessedly healthy but I am sick of being fat and obviously its all gonna catch up with me sometime! I am 5’8′ and about 298….I am a Psychologist who works with kids ao I feel the need to start over the weekend so I am not running to the bathroom in the middle of working with a client…Still hope I can be part of your group:)Blessings to all of you !

I am breaking out in hives over giving up coffee as well. This why I am starting next Friday the 20th cause I have a hard paper due this Sunday and will need lotsa caffeine….and that’s when I can get in to get the ok from my doc.

Hi! starting my 30 day fast this weekend….I need HELP and support. Starting with 20lbs then hopefully another 20. I will be juicing twice a day with a meal at night. lots of water and mild exercise. good luck to everyone

Hey Everybody!!! I will be starting on Saturday the 14th…hopefully I will be somewhat ok to return to work on Monday!! Is everyone doing only juice or Juice and eating like the plans listed here??? I haven’t seen a plan that is juicing only for a certain amount of days!!! Opinions???? WE CAN DO THIS!!!!
