I am starting today 8/3 so far so good. im 20 5’10 and almost 300 lbs. Im doing it because i am a juvenile diabetic and the constant weight gain causes alot of problems. I drink alot of green juice any ways because i like it so i think that puts me a step ahead.29yrs old, 5'11 279lbs. goal loss 100-120 lbs. type 1 diabetic, mild digestive paralysis, neuropathy.You must be logged in to reply to this topic.

I’m planning to start tomorrow! Would love to join the group and get as much support as I can! I’ve tried and failed with diets in the past, and I really need this for my health. Aiming for 10-15 pounds by the end of month 1. I’m not sure I can do all 30 days — for now, trying to get through first 3 will be challenging enough. My goal is 21 days. Hello sa01reina, looking back on day one for me and I can say it was not half bad. I’ve learned ginger root should be used sparingly in my case for taste. not really hungry and probably use half of the cucumber for the green drinks for my taste as well (not a big fan). looking to see what the next day brings. hang in there and we can get through thisYou must be logged in to reply to this topic.

I am starting on Monday too… I had started it couple of weeks back and couldnt go beyond 1 week. This time i am determined and want to achieve my goal which is being 30 lbs less …. would love to give my support and give all my support to everyone here…. I will get back on the bandwagon again. I juiced and had vegetables for dinner for 2 weeks and lost 10 lbs. I still want to lose 20 more. =) I’ve had a few things here and there which have really thrown me off. I feel sluggish and yuck. I want to feel good again.

I have decided to start on my Birthday August 6th. I have done this for a week a month ago. This time I am going for full 60 days. Question: For a full Juice reboot how many juices should you be drinking a day? I am now at 273 LBs trying to lose 90 LBs.You must be logged in to reply to this topic.

I believe you need to juice at least 5-16oz a day for just a juice diet but not 100% sure.

we CAN do it. I will let you know how my first day goes! I personally really like the recipe for the mean green. Any good recipes anyone wants to share? I like being able to follow recipes instead of winging it. I have tried a handful of the recipes under the plans posted on here. Some are good and some are not so good to me, so I will keep trying new ones until I get a good amount that I can rotate and not get bored with the drinks! I wish everyone luck and please let us know how you are doing!!!

I am starting Today – 5 August 2012 for a 30 day reboot.
I tried this last summer and only got to day 8.
I felt HORRIBLE! I am hoping to do it right this time.
My family is out of town for the next 4 days so hopefully I can get over the worst of it.
I really hope I can complete the entire 30 days.
I have a pretty stressful job and I am in charge of many things/people and last year when I juiced I felt like I was in a fog and couldn’t think….You must be logged in to reply to this topic.

Hi everyone, I just watched the video on Friday and was so impressed. I ordered my juicer and it should be here this week so am planning on starting 08/09 or 08/10. I still need to review thee site for starter recipes. I am 44 an have 100-125 lbs to lose. I am going to start with the 10 day plan.

I am going to start tomorrow as well. I’m gonna attempt a 10 day fast and maybe more depending on how I feel after day 10. Started out today weighing in at 310 lbs, im 6’2. Im following the 3 day juicing only plan and will just repeat it until i get to 10 days. This morning i had a cup of hot water with a squeeze of lemon and some ginger. It wasnt bad, the motions of drinking the hot water was the same as drink my usual morning coffee, so it keeps me in routine. Right now im drinking an apple/carrot/ginger mix which is actually really good. Hows day 1 going for the rest of you rebooters?You must be logged in to reply to this topic.

i am starting a 15 day reboot today as well. i did a 3 or 5 day reboot when i first started my diet in November and managed to live through it. i have lost 80 pounds since November, but i feel like this month i have hit a wall. i don’t think i have lost any weight at all this month and i feel like i need to give my metabolism a kick start. i had stopped my daily exercise on the eliptical several months ago when i added a few dairy goats to my life, but i started that up again last week. so… here’s to the reboot!

Good Morning! I am drinking a purple power drink this morning and it is very yummy! I did not have blackberries so I used blueberries instead. The ginger adds a great flavor to the grapes.
