I recently did the Paleo diet and now im starting juicing. I was wondering if anyone else have tried Paleo or done both juicing with adding lean meat or fish. Or if there are any benefits or downsides to either/or.

Paleo works. I lost 105 lbs in two years. At present I’m stuck and thought I’d give the juice format a try. I’m using an NutriBullet (out of work, no money for a proper juicer) so I’m getting all of the pulp instead of just juice. I’m not losing any weight (due to other medical issues) but my blood glucose levels are such that I had to suspend all of my diabetic meds. I will eat the occasional dinner with the family and keep it Paleo. I end the day with whey protein which also helps lower my blood glucose. Let me know if you have any specific questions. Having done Paleo beforehand, you will not suffer the withdrawals which others report.

Hi crc, great question! Yes, other rebooters have created a modified program where they juice, eat raw veggies/fruits and also add in some lean proteins either plant or good quality animal based. This is kind of like our Juice Until Dinner program. Here are some hints for boosting the protein content of your juices

Have fun integrating these 2 concepts and let us know if you have any ?s!
