is eating raw nuts allowed during any stage of your reboot?

    Hi aa89,
    This is a healthy snack but it is not include during the reboot, only in the preparation week leading up to the reboot and the week after the reboot. On the Plans page under the different plans is a list of vegetables and fruits that are suggested during the reboot and how to ease yourself into eating after the reboot. http://www.rebootwithjoe.com/plans/
