I’m on day 4. My friend texted me about the film Fat Sick and Nearly Dead. I remember I have a juicer in the cabinet so I took it out and went to the produce market and got the basic ingredients of kale, celery, ginger, apples, cucumber, lemons and added carrots, beats and cilantro. It’s been good so far. I was eating some other food but I’ve also learned to drink more juice and eat salad and whole fruit when I’m hungry. I don’t want to stress over the process. I want to slowly adapt to it and not worry if I’m doing it right. It’s better than what I used to eat. I’m eating much better now.
