It is easier with my second 10 day round. I can do it. It is much easier now. I do not loose weight like others – it means only that despite my erratic way of eating i didn’t eat much and my metabolism is super slow. I do loose weight slowly, gram by gram, steadily.
I started to swim again -oh how i like to swim, it was very hard for me to go to the public pool – i am not very proud of the way i look now.
I feel great energized and light and, need less sleep,i can do more and my mood is better than ever!
That’s wonderful! I’m fixing to start back up on my reboot and do a modified plan where I eat healthy for 7 days and juice 10. Then do that for about 2 months. I know it will be difficult at first, but I really want to get past it. I’m glad to hear it gets easier. Keep up the good work! Slow and steady weight loss is still good!
