I am starting today and going to juice through the end of the month, so 16you days. I will see how I feel after that and decide if I want to keep going and try for 30 days. I first watched the movie a year ago. I juiced for 10the days and lost 20lbs. Since then I have juiced some days and some days just replaced a meal or two and some days just ate lots of plants and quite a few days just ate horribly. But all together I have still lost 70lbs in a year. I am happy with that, but want to see how good I could do if I wasnt cheating half the time. I still have between 130 and 150 pounds to lose. I just started today as well and am committed! I didnt even buy my juicer for the first 30 days while going through the transition phase because I wanted to make sure I would stick with it. I really need the support. I have 25lbs to go and would love to support others while getting some help with completing this as well. Hey juicers – I am on day-3 of juice-only but on day 8 of the 5-5-5. I plan to juice for longer than the 5 days and would LOVE to go 60 but will be happy with 30. I am hoping the cravings will subside but find it difficult to watch tv with the food shows and commercials. So far I’ve lost 9lbs!! so off to a good start. Allright! Thank you for wanting to be a part of our group! Just make sure you stop once a day to check in and tell us how you did, if you struggled, if you need motivation, your favorite juice or your worse..
Here it goes: Today was a hard day for me! Well, I started the day just fine and then as the day went on, I had to make lunch for the kids and my husband and oh!!!! Man.. the smell… I could say that I almost went nuts hahahaha I have found that drinking the green juices with a straw and a couple pieces of ice really helps to make it pleasant!

This is my first day and I must say that it went well. I juiced and ate fruit for breakfast and had a vegan protein shake, I need carbs and protein to keep my migraines at bay. I had a juice and protein shake for lunch. There were mid morning and mid afternoon juices and the biggest salad I could make for lunch. Today was my day 10. I originally committed to 7 days, then 10, now it’s 14 but, sure, I can do 15. Actually, my goal is to make it to 30 and I think I can do it. I’m just unemployed right now so if a job opportunity presents itself, I need to shift gears.
Today was actually hard in that I woke up with a terrible headache, I was tired, my shoulder/neck hurt again for the 3rd day. Not sure if I’m just sleeping wrong or if this is a side effect. I’m having all kinds of weird side effects. As the day progressed, I felt better. Since my side effects are so brutal, I’m trying to put greens in all my drinks. @ Strange Magic. Are you getting at least 5 juices a day? For the last 2 weeks I was juicing with my regular meals to get the swing of things. I get migraines and I have to eat or juice every 3 hours as a max. With the exception of the morning juices, I try to follow the guidelines given by the dietician in the Plan page so 80 percent of my juices are greens. For the true reboot, I’m using a Vegan protein, Vega, along with my breakfast, lunch and dinner juices. I was on target with my water since I want to avoid getting migraines while on this reboot.You must be logged in to reply to this topic.

Hi Leide, My husband and I are on day 9. Today, was a little hard, I didn’t drink enough water or juice. My mouth is really dry and yucky today, not sure if it’s candida or just from the juice I drank today. Cooking for the kids isn’t too bad, the smells bring back a lot of good memories of my love affair with food, it was a dysfunctional relationship which is why I’m obese. We did our weigh in on Sunday, he lost 23 lbs and 13 inches and I lost 14 lbs and 9 inches. We are both hanging in there, we’ve come too far to quit. Yesterday was Day 1, I struggled on yesterday with the drinks and water. I prepared the apple/cucumber/kale/ginger for the day early in the morning. I felt well in the morning after drinking my first drink. Then I took my morning walk. I found that when I came home I was extremely hungry so I drank water before I had my second drink. Some of the areas I need to work on: Make sure to make enough juice in the morning. I had only 4 on yesterday but I was really hungry because of my walk. Drink plenty of water. I don’t think I took in as much as I should have. I had 2 bottles of water. Exercise was good I had a good walk. I lost 2Lbs of the 25 that I would like to lose on yesterday. Off to begin day 2! Hey everyone – Day 4 of juicing! Yesterday was hard in that I had to go to the grocery store for other things for the family and had to pass bakery/deli and snack isles. The smells really get to me. I wish my brain would catch up with my body and the cravings would go away!! For those of you with migraines, my chiropractor had me eat/juice pineapple. Try that in your juices to see if that works. Also I love lemons, so the juices I don’t really like,I add a lemon and it makes it really pallatible (sp?) for me. Have a great day of juicing!You must be logged in to reply to this topic.

Okay guys, it is day three for me on the Classic Reboot — 15 Day Plan. I slept only two hours last night. I am impaired. Anybody else having sleep issues? Apart from feeling like I am slightly stoned, everything is going well. I’ve followed the 15 Plan to the letter, esp wrt hydration. Lotsa water. One day at a time is my mantra. Hi guys…this day 6 for me.really harddddddd today.
Started off with no breakfast due to hospital test. I had a PET scan and I promise the glucose that they gave me triggered a sugar craving!
I am down 5 lbs but I thought it would have been more by know- I feel great with the exception of today- feeling just really tired and want to eat. Hold fast thus far:)You must be logged in to reply to this topic.

Les & Sheri ~ Awesome job with the weight loss! That is awesome!! I have only lost 5.. well, I am happy.
I see that most of us is struggling with drinking water, me too! I just hate going to the bathroom and I am having to get over that.
I also noticed that we are having issues with cravings! Lol! I am always tempted so I did some research on drinks, and I found a drink that was made to control cravings, I haven’t made it yet so I am not sure how it tastes but it doesn’t sound bad!
GREEN JUICE FOR CONTROLLING CRAVINGS
3 Celery stalks
1 green apple
2 large handfuls of spinach
