Good Morning!

Today is the first day of my reboot! I am going for a 15 day reboot and I am so excited. I currently suffer from Hashimotos (auto-immune disorder for those who are not familiar) which causes my very hypothyroid. I have also been experiencing daily headaches (which I attribute to tension and stress) along with some digestional issues (constipation) that I also attribute to my not so fabulous thyroid!

Do you have any advice about the duration of my reboot or any particular items I should be juicing? I had a breakfast of carrot + apple and snacks/lunch are beets/spinach/romaine/carrot/apple (I forgot the celery this morning!)

Any and all advice on my situation is welcome. I am also currently taking 100 mcg of levothyroxine (generic for synthroid) a synthetic hormone for my thyroid that I am hoping to get off.

Thank you and hello all – happy juicing!

Hi Jbertolis, How is your reboot? I have problems with hashimotos to. Same symptoms. Also doctor give me same medications but I didn’t feel good drinking them and I quit. My blood test was worst when I used that synthroid. I am starting my 3 days reboot tomorrow. I will check how that works for me, then I will try to do a week or 10 days for a next step. Good LUCK!!!
