So far so good. I am using my health master instead of my juicer. It doesn’t take the pulp out. It is like drinking orange juice with pulp. The only thing is that it fills me up really fast. I drank a pint this morning of juice. I couldn’t finish the mid morning juice. Should I stop using the health master and juice, or should I just drink it with the pulp?
The idea of rebooting is to give your inner workings a rest. If you have to much fiber in what you are drinking your body has to work to digest it. And if you’re filling up with fiber you are not getting all the nutrition you need to keep your energy up.
Thank you for your input. I decided to continue using the Health Master, but strain the pulp out. I will use it to make muffins for my husband and kids. The Health Master is so much easier to use then a juicer IMO. I am not sure I could take another day of drink that juice anyway. It was to thick.
