Like lemons and oranges, do I need to peel them before juicing?

    It’s up to you. If you like the bitter taste of the peel then you can juice it peel and all. For me I peel lemons and oranges with a knife, leaving as much of the white membrane on it as possible but I don’t leave any of the colored peel.

    08/30/12- completed 30 day juice only reboot. 11/12/12- starting second reboot. Health: hypothyroid, lipoedema Juicer: Omega 8006 and it ROCKS!

    I would only juice a whole lemon or other citruses if organic. The peels are laden with pesticides.
