Reboot Workouts

The Reboot Movement Method is based on simple principles that have been developed to assist everyone in our Reboot community to improve their health and well-being. We’re not asking you to partake in hours of strenuous exercises or high intensity bootcamp style workouts to get results. Whether you’re on a Reboot or working towards a healthy lifestyle, we believe that one of our cardio plans combined with a body-weight strength training program is all you need. Even if exercise seems like a foreign concept to you, or you haven’t kicked up your heart rate in years, our Reboot workouts consist of safe and natural forms of exercises that will give you the energy and confidence to achieve your goals. The Reboot Movement Method is made up of low and high-intensity cardio programs (walking and running) and low and high-intensity strength training workouts that use your body weight to build your muscles.

CARDIO
Choose one of the following plans that best fits your fitness level and goals.

1.) Reboot Walking Workout: Low-intensity The Reboot Walking Workout is the perfect way to get started. We provide you with a basic program that includes guidelines focusing on things like: how to warm up properly, how to know if you are walking fast enough, how much energy you should exert and much more. Before you know it, our Walking Workout will have you off and running in no time!

2.) Reboot Jogging Workout: High-intensity The Reboot Jogging Workout is an interval training based program designed to take your fitness to the next level. We provide you with a detailed workout together with information on factors such as proper jogging technique, how to balance the intensity of your training, and what juices you should consume for the most energy.

STRENGTH TRAINING
Choose one of the following plans that best fits your fitness level and goals.

1.) Reboot Movement Workout: Low-intensity The Reboot Movement Workout consists of five full body exercises that have been specifically designed for our Reboot community. On this program you’ll re-balance your posture, alleviate aches and pains and give yourself the confidence to take on more strenuous physical activities. Each exercise can be completed individually, together in a fun workout sequence or added to your current fitness program.

2.) Reboot Training Workout: High-intensity 
Our Reboot Training Workout is comprised of five body weight resistance training exercises. It is a higher intensity program designed for those who have completed the Reboot Movement Workout and are looking for that next challenge. Shape and tone your body in a matter of weeks.
