FAQ – What Side Effects Could One Expect?
Q: What side effects or symptoms could one expect during a Reboot?
A: A Reboot offers tremendous benefits, but you should also be aware of potential side effects. These include but are not limited to: fatigue, headache, low blood sugar, constipation or diarrhea, increased body odor or bad breath. Most of these side effects are temporary. Increasing your fluid intake can alleviate many of these symptoms and we have a FAQ that addresses constipation and diarrhea, specifically. If any of these symptoms are severe or continuing, please consult with your physician to be sure you manage them wisely. Take care to evaluate how you are responding to the Reboot before driving or operating any heavy machinery.

I am on day 7 of the Reboot and am experienced dry mouth.. Is this typical?
Hi, Rosiek, I’m not an expert or a physician but dry mouth is typical of dehydration. I think it can also be a sign of something more serious. However, here is an example of a scenario for the “spinach, fennel, cucumber” recipe on this site. Along with plenty of fresh water, you may be flushing out all of your nutrients and need the high sodium content of spinach to help you retain more while the cucumber would help deliver nutrients and water to your cells.
I am on my 14 day of reboot and i’ve been dizzy……. Help
7isa120, I’m not a doctor but it sounds like you need more protein. You are likely missing something, so start with protein, such as chomping on some almonds. Add soybeans and chickpeas to your diet, as well. You may want to get a hormone-free whey protein to add in when you need to do so. You should feel better fairly quickly (lets say a couple of hours or less). If not, you may be lacking something else. My next guess would be potassium or hydration. Drink more combinations with cucumber and/or lemon. Again, you should feel better quickly, or go see a professional to help find your issue.
