Creamy Coconut Citrus Smoothie

It’s all about the tang in this creamy smoothie thanks to the white pith from all of the citrus fruits. And oh how I LOVE sour smoothies. This blend fits my taste buds perfectly and it can also be used as a creamy base for other fruits, veggie and superfood additions. This smoothie contains 11g of fiber, 86mg of calcium with 136mg of Vitamin C with the added benefits of the bioflavonoids which improves the absorption and utilization of the vitamin C. Bioflavonoids, also sometimes referred to as “vitamin P,” is an antioxidant that is found in citrus fruits and is known for its ability to support healthy cell formation, reduce cancer risks, Alzheimer’s disease, heart disease and atherosclerosis. So it’s a great time to enjoy!
