Camp Reboot with Joe Cross
Omega Institute, Rhinebeck, NY
July 26 to July 31, 2015
Join Joe Cross, the filmmaker behind the hit documentary, Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead, for a journey of personal transformation. The documentary seen by over 20 million people chronicles the journey Cross made in the United States as he lost more than 80 pounds, cured himself of a chronic illness and helped change countless lives along the way. His secret: consuming only fruit and vegetable juice for 60 days.
Camp Reboot @ Omega offers you a rare opportunity to learn about juicing, plant-‐based eating, and new behaviors to lose weight, increase your vitality, and beat illness with Cross and his team of experts at your side.
Start your journey prior to camp at Omega. Four Weeks before your arrival, you will join Joe and the Reboot Team in an online community with access to Reboot Nutritionists and Teleconferences led by the Reboot Experts in preparing to get the most out of your Camp Reboot experience. In the pre-camp program you will begin to transition your diet and set yourself up for success.
At Camp Reboot, you will experience a 5-day Reboot drinking fresh fruits and vegetables (optional Reboot friendly food menu for those who choose to eat), while attending workshops and seminars designed to educate and inspire – providing the tools for sustainable change. You will have access to Joe Cross and the team of Reboot experts, hear guest speakers, learn about The Reboot Movement Method (safe exercise for juice participants and introductory fitness concepts), get a sneak preview of Joe’s new film and connect with a community of like minded and motivated individuals.
The support continues after camp. You will continue to receive access to resources, Reboot nutritionists and other expert co-instructors to help you transition from your Reboot and maintain the healthy habits that will ensure you reach your goals.
