Apple, Beet (Australian Beetroot), Carrot Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 Apple
  • 2 Beets (Australia beetroot)
  • 3 Large Carrots
  • 2 in (5 cm) piece of fresh ginger (thumb sized)
  • 4 cups (200 g) Spinach/Kale (Australia tuscan cabbage)

 

Directions:

  1. Wash all ingredients well.
  2. Juice ingredients.
  3. Pour over ice and enjoy.
