Give your kids a refreshing and healthy after school snack with this Kukie Kooler Smoothie loaded with nutrients (they won’t even realize kale is in there!).
- 1 cup (165 g) pineapple
- 1/2 cucumber, or one small one
- 10 strawberries, stems removed
- 3 leaves kale, remove leaves from stem
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for 45 – 60 seconds, until smooth.
