After School Snack: Kukie Kooler Smoothie
Give your kids a refreshing and healthy after school snack with this Kukie Kooler Smoothie loaded with nutrients (they won’t even realize kale is in there!).
1 cup pineapple
1/2 cucumber, or one small one
10 strawberries, stems removed
3 leaves kale, remove leaves from stem
Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for 45 – 60 seconds, until smooth.
